Rules

VAC/Game Bans

• 1 VAC or Game Ban allowed across all accounts.
• Any VAC or Game Ban must be over 100 days.
• If you have multiple bans of different types, you will be banned. 1 VAC and 1 Game Ban is NOT allowed.
• There are some exceptions to this rule. If you are well behaved or receive a strike you will be permanently banned on our servers.

Racism & Bigotry

• We have absolutely zero tolerance for any form of racism or bigotry. You can do whatever you like in your day to day lives, but it will not be tolerated on our servers.
• Don't type it, don't write/draw on a sign, and don't say it in voice chat. Admins spectate constantly and if we see it, you will be banned.
• Very rarely do we warn. By playing on our servers you are consenting to our rules and understand the consequences for not following them.

Disrespecting Staff & Players

• This is an online game and there will ALWAYS be trash talk going on. We get it. However, that doesn't mean you get to leave all of your morals at the door. Use common sense and do not go after other players or admins with personal attacks. You will be removed.
• If your friend broke the rules and was punished for it, don't try to argue with an admin about our decision. Go find a new server and accept the consequences for your actions.
• Be a decent human being. I know this is Rust, but there is no need to be an all around shitty person.

Hacking and Botting

• We do not tolerate any hacking or botting on our server. If you are caught cheating you will be reported to Facepunch and be banned from playing again. Our server logs everything that happens on the server so you will get caught
• If your friend broke the rules and was punished for it, don't try to argue with an admin about our decision. Go find a new server and accept the consequences for your actions.

Ingame Rules

• Max 3 players on raiding and base defending. Clans allowed only on the Clan server.
• Grieving or harrasing of players is forbidden. Breaking of rules will result in a strike against you.If you reach 3 strikes you will be banned for 24 hours.Strikes last on the entire lifetime of the server

Language

• The use of profanity or racial slurs is strictly forbidden.
• We have younger players who do not need to be exposed to another persons foul language. The use of special letters to use profanity is also forbidden. Main Language used ingame is English and preferred.However the use of your local language is allowed

Strike

• Scandinavian Rust uses a strke system. For each rule broken a strike can be issued. Once 3 strikes have been reached the player will automatically be banned for 24 hours. In certain cases instant bans or permenant bans can be issued.Failure to listen to admin will result in you being kicked or perma banned in extreme cases
• The admin has the final say regarding bans.Verdicts are final

FAQ

Griefing

• We do not permit griefing on our servers. Griefing is defined as bad faith towards another player. Raiding a persons base and walling them in,or placing your own doors on their base. Griefing is considered if you take over someone base without their permission.Contact an admin or Staff member for more info

Membership

• Being a member on our servers means you get access to special features. Get additional kits, Neon Signs and drive around the map with a car is only a few to mention.Special features change from time to time. Check ingame for latest features

Top 4 Players

• Scandinavian Rust uses a reward program to reward players. The top 4 players on each monthly cycle on forced wipes will be given special kits or features ingame to use.These rewards can change from month to month depending on what the admin and community staff has agreed upon.
• Rewards are calculated on lenght of time spent on the server. Being AFK while online will not be counted

Wipes

• Scandinavian Rust has introduced Bi weekly wipes on our 5x Server and weekly wipes on our 100x server. This will also include all blueprints. Wipes will occur approx @10:00 CEST time on Thursdays. Forced wipes will take place on the first Thursday of each month. Wipe times vary depending on when Facepuch does the release.
• Keep an eye on our Discord channel for scheduling of wipes for each server
• On each forced wipe all community members can decide what features to add or remove on the respective servers. What needs balancing or what needs buffing. Each one has a voice to decide
